Quand on sent que certaines choses nous échappent, voilà donc le Vromage, du fromage fermenté Vegan, 100 % végétal, sans aucun produit laitier.
Ca a la texture du fromage, mais ce n’en est pas, donc un nouveau marché s’ouvre pour les personnes qui refusent systématiquement de consommer un matière animale. Cette commerçante a pensé à remplacer le lait par des graines de tournesol, du chanvre, de la noix de cajou, de l’amande… Elle a aussi pensé à remplace le F de Fromage par le V de vegan.
Voilà ainsi est né le VROMAGE, et la tendance est lancée… et elle fait pas mal d’adeptes déjà.
