 Le chef Robuchon était une référence mondiale de la gastronomie d’hier et d’aujourd’hui, le vrai exemple qu’il fallait suivre. Le chef était respecté partout dans le monde, très apprécié en Asie, il était vénéré au Japon. De partout dans le monde les chefs lui rendent un hommage appuyé.
